5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the address provided by the customer. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain locations based on our discretion.
